Our services include not only meetings, seminars and conferences, but also product presentations, catering and organization of supporting programs. The professional, dedicated Kaiserhof-Team is at your side during and after your event.

Conference package

For your event in our house we offer an appealing basic conference package for the well-being of your guests. Our basic conference package includes

• a meeting room with including writing material
• standard technology in the conference room (video projector, screen, flipchart, pin board, moderation material)
• Mineral water 0.75l (medium and still) in the meeting room - no limit
• Coffee flat in the break area (from the welcome coffee until the end of the event)
• Lunch - to choose:
  • seated lunch
    (Lunch buffet from 30 conference guests in total in the house / otherwise three-course menu with three main courses (meat, fish, vegetarian) to choose from or
  • satiating standing snack

The basic conference package costs 42,50 Euro per person and day. 

Our package is bookable regardless of the number of people. Up to a number of people of five, we charge an additional room rent of 150.00 euros per day *. For events with six to ten people, we charge an additional room rent of 100.00 Euro per day *. All bookings are on request and subject to availability. Of course we also calculate a customized conference package!
